One of the country's notable peaks is Bobotov Kuk in the Durmitor mountains, which reaches a height of 2,522 meters (8,274 feet). Montenegro's is noted for its habitat for wildlife including numerous mammals such as bears, deer, martens, and wild pigs (Sus scrofa). It has many predatory wild animals, including wolves, foxes, and wildcats. The republic also has a rich variety of birds, reptiles, and fish.
